The Crown Lacrosse; Brining Elite Lacrosse to Charlotte

The Crown Lacrosse has announced their event that will bring four NCAA DI programs to Charlotte in March for four games over a two day period. The teams involved will be Jacksonville, Towson, Cornell, and Penn State. The event will be held at Matthews SportsPlex in Charlotte.

March 8th will be the first day of the event as Towson plays Jacksonville at 5:30pm and Penn State will play Cornell at 8:30PM. March 10th will see Cornell will play Towson at 1PM and Penn State will face Jacksonville at 3:30PM.

Crown Lacrosse has partnered with QCSC and Southern Select Showcase to organize this event. The Organizers goal is to give young players the chance to see top-level lacrosse while also embracing the opportunity to thank first responders of the area. A portion of ticket sales will be donated to first responders in the Charlotte area.

2019 will be the first year of the event and they have plans to expand to add women's teams in 2020. Tickets will be available on thecrownlacrosse.com. (Site is not live yet) You can find more information about the event through their twitter account
