About a year after Air Force announced their men's lacrosse program was suspended amid violations we hear that Quinnipiac has done the same.

On Sunday morning Inside Lacrosse reported that Quinnipiac had suspended their men's lacrosse program while the university investigates alleged violations of it's student conduct policy. These suspensions include players and coaches and will take effect immediately. This suspension prohibits all team activity. Originally it was thought that players and coaches were suspended but a report from College Crosse on Tuesday stated that a spokesman from the university said that it's just players that are suspended.

The Bobcats are coming off a 2018 season in which they went 9-6 and lost to Canisius in OT in the semifinals of the MAAC tournament. They return their top three leading scorers in seniors Foster Cuomo and Mike Fletcher as well as sophomore Jake Tomsik. The Bobcats head coach Eric Fekete enters his 18th season at the helm in 2019.
