The Toronto Rock have re-signed forward Kieran McArdle to a one year deal. This signing comes after McArdle had a successful 2017-18 campaign with the Rock. New England also announced one signing on Tuesday as they signed James Fahey to a one year deal.

McArdle came into the NLL two years ago with the Rock and had zero box experience. He has been able to dominate in the outdoor game and we should see McArdle be able to dominate the box game even more than he has. In 2018 McArdle broke out even more in the NLL has he had 39 points with 18 goals and 21 assist.

James Fahey is another guy from the MLL that is making the jump to play in both leagues. Fahey has some box experience as he has played in the Boston Box Lacrosse League, but it will take him some time to adjust into the NLL. In the MLL last season he had a decent season as he started with Atlanta, but ended the year with Boston. It will be interesting to see how he is with a short stick and if his game can translate.
