The Florida Launch and Charlotte Houds have locked up their face off guys as Florida re-signed Ben Williams and Charlotte re-signs Jake Withers. Denver also announced that they had signed defenseman Matt Gilray.

Ben Williams has re-signed with the Florida Launch after his first season with the Launch in 2018 after playing with the Chesapeake Bayhawks in 2017 as a rookie. In 2018 with the Launch Williams was able to 159-326 at the face off dot and scoop up 67 ground balls. Williams would miss the last two games of the season due to injury as the Launch missed the playoffs.

Charlotte has re-signed Jake Withers after his first year in Charlotte in 2018. Williams was acquired by the Hounds via trade from Atlanta. That trade went down when he was still in his NLL season with Rochester. In 2018 Withers is a great asset to Charlotte despite not playing much for them last season. He went 6-17 in Charlotte through one game.

Matt Gilray has signed a two-year deal to stay in Denver after his rookie season in 2018. With the Outlaws as a rookie Gilray only appeared in four games as he had one goal and 2 caused turnovers.
