Charlotte Signs Hooper & Oskia, Chesapeake Signs Davis-Allen

The Charlotte Hounds have signed defensemen Scott Hooper and midfielder Adam Osika. Theses are the latest signings by the Hounds since signing Jake Withers on Tuesday afternoon. The Chesapeake Bayhawks also announced the re-signing of another former Maryland Terripian in Isiah Davis-Allen

Scott Hooper has signed a a one-year deal with the Hounds following his rookie year in 2018. Hooper was drafted by Charlotte in the 2018 MLL draft out of Virginia. Hooper would only appear in five games for the Hounds during his rookie season but was able to scoop up eight ground balls and have three caused turnovers.

2018 was Adam Oskia's first season with Charlotte as he was picked up the the 2018 Supplemental draft. Oskia was drafted out of Albany in 2017 by the Atlanta Blaze. In his first season with the Hounds Osika played in nine games as he tallied nine points with six goals three assist.

The Chesapeake Bayhawks have signed yet another former Maryland star in midfielder Isiah Davis-Allen after his second year with the league. Davis-Allen was drafted in 2017 by the Bayhawks and his talent and ability has really shown on the field through his first two seasons in the league. In 14 games last season Davis-Allen had 4 assist and 7 caused turnovers.
