On Wednesday the Boston Cannons and Atlanta Blaze both announced one re-signing. The Atlanta Blaze have re-signed Tommy Palasek while Boston re-signed Tim Edwards.

After his first season with the Atlanta Blaze Tommy Palasek has re-signed with the franchise. In his first year with the Blaze Palasek made a big impact on the offensive side of the ball. The midfielder, Palasek, was one of the offensive leaders for Atlanta last season as he put up 26 points with 16 goals and 10 assist. Palasek also had 11 ground balls and 1 caused turnovers. Palasek is a great asset to the Blaze and according to head coach Liam Byrnes will be a captain again in 2019.

The Cannons have re-signed Tim Edwards to a two-year contract deal. After playing with Florida in 2017 Edwards was picked up by Boston in the 2018 Supplemental draft. Edwards saw significant time with the Cannons as he appeared in 10 games. During those 10 games Edwards had 5 goals and scooped up 16 ground balls. Edwards has also played in the NLL as he was drafted in 2015 and most recently played with the Colorado Mammoth.
