NLL Free Agency Day 23: Rochester and Colorado Announce More Signings

Thursday would be a pretty quite day in terms of NLL Free Agency, but we would see three guys sign or re-sign with teams. We would see Colorado sign forward Jeff Swift to a one-year deal and forward Jacob Ruest to a three-year deal. Ruest was drafted by Calgary in the 2016 NLL draft but would be cut during training camp. He played his first season with the Colorado Mammoth in 2017. In 2018 Ruest had 67 points (22G,45A) for the Mammoth.

The Rochester Knighthawks made an interesting signing today as well. The Knighthawks signed former pro hockey player Paxton Leroux to a two-year deal. Leroux was originally drafted 40th overall in 2014 by the Minnesota Swarm.
