The USA would get their fifth and final win of pool play as they defeated England 19-2. This win secures them a sport in the semifinals of the championship bracket. They really did use a big offensive performance, especially from Ryan Brown, as they rolled right through the English.

England would get the scoring started off early with a Josh Brennan goal. It would be a good start for England but that would be their only goal until late in the second half. The USA would put up an impressive display of offense, defense, and lay at the faceoff dot. It really was a domination from the USA.

After that Brennan goal from England the USA would close out the first quarter with a three goal run that included goals from Ryan Brown, Tom Schreiber, and John Haus. The USA offense was superb in that first quarter as was their defense after giving up that first goal.

In the second quarter the USA would continue their offensive onslaught as they got out to a 7-1 lead at the half. The USA would have four different goal scores in the second quarter as Marcus Holman, Drew Snider, Ryan Brown, and Greg Gurenlian all found the back of the cage. That would make it a 7-1 USA lead heading into halftime.

The USA would again dominate in the third. USA dominated possessions as well as play on both ends of the field. England really did seem to fall back to their old selfs as the USA started to crank up the heat. The USA would get six goals by six different scorers in the third as Ryan Brown, John Haus, Rob Pannell, Drew Snider, Ned Crotty, and Ned Crotty each had one a piece in the third. England would actually see some light late in the third as Josh Brenna would get his and his teams second goal of the game. That would make it a 13-2 USA lead heading into the final twenty minutes of play.

The USA would finish up the game in the fourth with six straight goals. Marcus Holman would have three and John Haus, Ryan Brown, and Ned Crotty would each have one. That would close out that game and secure the 19-2 victory for the USA.
