This was game that had a lot of talent on display on both sides. Czech Republic would get out in front early and that really helped them

The Czech Republic would get off to a hot start as they would push out to a 5-0 lead with 10 minutes left in the first. They really were pushing the ball out in transition and played terrific around the cage and finished almost every play. the Czech Republic was dominating the faceoff dot as well which gave them a boost. The Belgium offense was looking better at the end of the first as they were finally able to set up some offense and move the ball. Still, the defense wasn't looking good at all.

That dominating first quarter would put Czech Republic up 6-0 heading into the second quarter. The domination would continue as the Czech Republic would end the first half with an 8-0 lead. Ondrej Sochna was one guys for Czech Republic that stood out in the first half s he had two goals. Belgium still just couldn't get much going but you could see they were capable of doing much more than what they did in that first half.

Coming out of halftime down 8-0 Belgium really seemed to be able to pull together and produce on offense and defense like many know they can. Tim De Ceuster would get the scoring off for Belgium before the Czech Republic would answer. It wouldn't be long until Belgium was able to control the ball and was clicking on all cylinders. Belgium would go on a five goal run to cut the Czech lead to 10-6 to end the third.

In the fourth both teams would play pretty well as Belgium and Czech Republic would trade goals off and on. However, Czech Republic had the upper hand on offense and defense as they closed out the game and got a 15-8 victory.

Belgium really looked much better a the game went on. One of the players that really helped them get back on track was Tim De Ceuster who had 4 goals on the night. The ball really ran through him almost every offensive possession. Defensively Belgium just couldn't hang with the speed and pace of the Czech offense, especially early in the game. They would improve as the game went on but by then it was just big of a deficit to overcome.

Czech Republic moved the ball really well and really out played Belgium on all fronts, especially early in the game. Czech Republic's defense controlled Belgium pretty well except for the few times they allowed them to go on a run. Czech Republic really just got out in front early and never looked back as they ran away with the win.

Czech Republic's next game will be against the Philippines on Friday and Belgium's next game will be against the Philippines on Saturday.
