Assistant Coach Movements

Dartmouth has hired Joe Connor as associate head men's lacrosse coach. Connor was on the staff at Bucknell as an assistant for nine years. He held many roles at Bucknell including offensive coordinator, recruiting coordinator, and associate head coach. As part of that Bucknell staff Connor helped lead the Bison to their first Patriot League Championship in 2013. Connor duties at Dartmouth will include associate head coach and offensive coordinator.

Dartmouth Head coach Brendan Callahan Said,
“As we continue to put together the building blocks for a successful program, the addition of Joe Conner as associate head coach and offensive coordinator is a pivotal addition. We are incredibly fortunate to have gained such an outstanding coach, recruiter, mentor and person. I know that our offensive unit will thrive under Coach Connor’s leadership, and our entire program will benefit from his experience, passion and creativity.”

Holy Cross assistant Nico Capron has taken a job at DIII Colby College. Capron was an assistant coach and defensive coordinator at Holy Cross for two seasons, 2017-18. He helped lead the Crusaders to the Patriot League Tournament in his his first season, 2017. In 2018 he helped lead the Crusaders after Judd Lattimore was placed on administrative leave. Prior to Holy Cross he was a volunteer assistant at Saint Joseph's in 2016 and DII Queen's University Charlotte in 2015.

Logan Posner is heading to Jacksonville after his freshman season at Monmouth in which he did not compete for the Hawks. The midfielder and Maryland native from St. Paul's HS had high hopes coming into his freshman campaign but did not play at all. This is a good get for Jacksonville as they do lose some depth at midfield with McLean Chicquen and Ryan Beville graduating. They do return Eric Applegate.
