NLL Weekend Preview: Week 11

I have realized that our content of the NLL has not been that great in the past month or so. I had been doing a video series every week on Youtube but that audience started to dip as soon as the college season started to swing in here in the States. I know that some of you all still want to keep up with the NLL so I am starting something new. Every week we will have a blog post previewing the upcoming weekend in the NLL. We will also update you of the past week a little as well. So, let's get into the Week 11 NLL weekend preview.

Friday, February 16th

Calgary Roughnecks (3-5) vs Vancouver Stealth (1-8)

Both of these teams are sitting at the bottom of the Western Division and looking to get a win, especially Vancouver. Curtis Dickson needs to help lead Calgary back on track and Vancouver's Logan Schuss needs to do more as do others on the floor.

Saturday, February 17th

Georgia Swarm (3-5) vs Toronto Rock (5-3)

Georgia has not been able to get it together much at all this season after winning the championship last year. They really just need another win to be even discussed in the playoff picture. Toronto will have to learn to play without one of their stars in Tom Schreiber and still keep their spot as a top three in the east.

Rochester Knighthawks (8-1) vs Saskatchewan Rush (3-6)

The top of the west meets the bottom of the east. Rochester looks for an upset while Saskatchewan needs to play fast and show that they can play great for an entire game and not just for the second half.

Sunday, February 18th

New England Blackwolves (4-3) vs Colorado Mammoth (4-3)

New England is sitting at third place in the east while Colorado is currently second in the west. Each team looks for a win as they both took losses last week. New England is on a two game loosing streak and they really want to get back on track.
