NLL Preview: Colorado Mammoth

Hello and welcome to another NLL team preview. Today we will preview the Colorado Mammoth. We are now 5 days away from the start of the 2017-18 NLL season and we couldn't be anymore excited! let's dive into the Mammoth now.

 Overview:

The Colorado Mammoth have been one of the hottest teams in the NLL over the past several years. They seem to always be in the race for that #1 spot in the west. Last season the Mammoth finished the season as the #3 team in the west and holding a 9-9 record. Last season was a step down from 2016 where they went 12-6 and earned the #2 spot in the west. The Mammoth have been very successful and I know that this upcoming season will be another great one for the Mammoth. As I said they are always in a war it seems like with the Saskatchewan Rush for the #1 spot in the west and even in the league. I feel that will still hold true this season as well. Now lets look at some key players for the Mammoth.

 Key Players:

 Dillon Ward
Position: Goalie
#45

The Mammoth are very lucky to have arguably the best goalie in the world in Dillon Ward. Dillon is another player that has earned special respect by us here at Rville USA. Like Shawn Evans Dillon too spent his college days at DI Bellarmine University here in Louisville,KY. Dillion is also the best player to ever come through Bellarmine and he still cares for the Louisville lacrosse community. Thank you Dillon. Now, back to his playing. He is just dominant all around and has always been that way. He is the heart of this Mammoth team and has helped them achieve the success that they have had. I think most NLL fans and players would agree with all of these statements as I have heard many people say almost the same thing I am.

Jeremy Noble
Position: Forward
#35

Jeremy Noble is another reason behind the Mammoth's success. Noble has been relentless in his play with the Mammoth and always seems to be on point every game I have seen. He is one of those guys that the opposing teams says , uh oh we have to play him tonight! That is how much an impact Jeremy makes on the floor and he has been consistent as well which is hard to do in any professional sport. Jeremy is sure to have another great season in 2017-18.
